This 6-month group is intended for clients who have completed foundational DBT or CBT skills work and are ready for structured, action-focused processing. This group emphasizes active skill use, collaborative problem solving, and applying insight toward meaningful change.

Group members are expected to practice regulation skills

during discussion and be ready for solution-focused work rather than open-ended processing.

Applied DBT: Integration & Problem Solving

DBT Skills Group

Virtual, Synchronous

This 6-month skills-based group teaches practical strategies and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to help participants

improve emotional regulation, reduce distress, strengthen

relationships, and build greater stability in daily life.

 

Sessions follow a classroom-style format focused on learning and practicing core DBT skills in a structured, educational environment. This is not an open processing group.
